Olympia

As the state’s capitol, Olympia is a major cultural center of the Puget Sound region only 60 miles from Seattle. It is known for its murals and public art installations, theaters and performance spaces. Outdoor activities and recreation abound, whether they’re found at the Woodard Bay Natural Resources Conservation area, the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge, Capitol State Forest or the Chapman Bays of Henderson Inlet.
