During 2015, GTS conducted several partner surveys, evaluated internal workflow manager statistics and interviewed our current partners with a focus on enhancing even further the experience our partners have working with us. As a result, we are pleased to announce the creation of our Customer Experience Team. Simply stated, this team is committed to providing our partners with premier service through interactive, proactive engagement that ensures a successful experience.
As part of this mission not only has Gabriels Technology Solutions re-established expectations, processes and requirements, but most importantly we’ve nearly doubled our staff to ensure we provide positive, successful partner experience that complement our top-of-class broker solutions – Affinity and Xcelerate.
