Marketplace is a one stop solution for newspapers to create any major category such as real estate, automotive, employment, weddings, pets, business opportunities, etc along with sub-categories for each topic. Within each category an advertiser can create an ad in a simple, quick five step process. To begin the process of creating the ad the advertiser is offered a number of differing duration and pricing options. Ads are created by entering the listing type, contact information, multiple photos, content for search results and search details pages, along with other category specific options. Once all the content is entered the advertiser can preview their ad before completed the credit card transaction. They can place up to five separate ads within one credit card transaction. Promotional codes can also be used by advertisers for discounts to try the service.
